any good WII games for adults?

got my kids a wii and i'm sure i'm going to get bored very quickly w/their games. any good games available for adults? fwiw, i like PFS, racing, and war games.

i don't like games such as the legend of zelda, sonic or other kiddy games.

I have neglected my Wii. However I hear great things about the arcade where you can download old games. I've also heard great things about lego star wars, but I don't know anything about more recent games.

House of the Dead: Overkill - STRONG language. Best played with humor and beer or beverage of choice.

The only other games I play are the lego games, mario - thought about the resident evil games but we play those on the ps3

metroid is supposed to be pretty cool.
also, if you liked streetfighter type games in the past, tatsunoko vs capcom is supposed to be good.
silent hill has gotten some good reviews.

I haven't found a good FPS for wii yet for myself.

No More heroes is pretty adult. Metroid is a good FPS.

The Metroid Prime collection is great, and of course Metroid: Other M (sequel to Super Metroid) is coming out at the end of June.

Agreed with New Super Mario Bros and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (if you like fighting games).

i'm getting through the levels right now and really enjoy it. i'm not uber happy with the graphics since they're not in HD but it's passable.

i don't know if there's an online mode. i'll check and let you know!

I think the online part of it is better than the standalone scenarios. There are some cool stand alone scenarios but the online is...well...more challenging than the CPU AI.
