$30 Free From Staples (Result May Differ)

umm no... you didn't get anymore then you started for free. You bought $100 worth of stuff AT Staples but you had a coupon for $30 off so it only cost you $70 to get $100 worth of stuff at Staples. No you have $100 worth of money but it's only good at Staples so anyway you look at it your getting $100 worth of stuff AT Staples for $70. Now, if they had given you a refund and NOT store credit then you would have made $30 free. In fact if you look at it you really got screwed because they wouldn't let you have a refund so you're now forced to spend $70 of your money at their store and nowhere else, although because they kicked in a free $30 it's not that bad.

They knew what they were doing... they got your money and in the end you thought you were getting the deal ;)

If you can use the giftcard online though, you can apply another coupon, so that would be a good deal!

Do you know if the giftcard can be used online??

jason those who use these boards are going to have to shop there again in the future so yes out the money now and gets $30 bucks for later seems pretty good to me since people give up hundreds of dollars for months at a time for cyberrebate and urbanq.
