ABT= Atomic Buffalo Turd

Jalepeno pepper stuffed with cream cheese and lump crabmeat wrapped in bacon. Go like candy when you cook them. You can pretty much put whatever you want in them. Sometimes I used lowfat cream cheese and turkey bacon. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2798/4514237867_966bf3a3ac.jpg

I'm not a fan of seafood but those look interesting. You could probably substitute the crabmeat for any number of things and it would end up similar to a stuffed pepper (wrapped in bacon!).

Forgot one rule.....ALWAYS wear gloves when cutting the jalepeno open.

Yeah you can substitute the filling with anything. I usually use sausage or chopped pork, but tried crabmeat because I had a can in the fridge.
