iPod with occasional Pandora at home. FM/CDs in car with occasional MP3 or Pandora (via cell phone)

I dont see XM/Sirrus existing for more than 3 years. My new car will have HD radio (terrestrial) as will many others, and more and more cellphones are able to connect to Pandora like services.

RadioSure (http://www.radiosure.com/) enables one to listen to internet radio plus automatically save the played tracks as tagged MP3s. These are great for burning to CD to listen to in the car.
