garden watering

do you water in the early am or late afternoon .also how is your garden doing this year ?
my green peppers are really doing good.
tomato's are wonderful
Cucumbers and Zucchini not produced anything yet but the plants are flowered .

I try to either water early in the morning or about an hour before sunset.

I scaled back this year because last year's garden turned into a weed fest. I've been picking zucchinis for about 4 weeks now and lots of cherry tomatoes; only a few of the big ones.
