anyone purchase from wirefly?

well, i just did. just curious if anyone had a bad experience. most reviews (epinions and bizrate) were fairly good.

if you G|A-ers don't recommend, i'll cancel. my wife and i did an upgrade: she stuck with a dumbphone (since she has an ipad with 3G) and i got the droid x. hopefully there aren't any problems with the upgrade since we have an 18% discount for being government workers.

only sucky thing is that the droid x won't ship for 1-2 weeks. hopefully froyo will be out for it by then. :)

i got both of my razors through them years back. they were fine you just order and they send them to you... that was the extent of my contact.

they're pretty cheap though that's for sure.

i had major problems with wirefly last week. my wife's order came through just fine. my # (which is attached to her account as a family account) had problems. the wirefly reps kept asking me for my verizon PIN # or account password. I had no idea what they are and still don't. i told them i don't feel comfortable giving that information to them as they would possibly have direct access to my account.

So i call verizon and ask what this info is. Verizon rep doesn't know either and agrees that it's odd that wirefly is asking for that info. in either case, the verizon rep tells me he can pricematch wirefly's price (which includes an instant rebate and free 2 day shipping). i was shocked because verizon reps in store and over the phone told me they could not price match. anyhow, everything's good now. :)
