Mmmmm...What a dinner!!

Grilled some (marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic and fresh thyme) racks of lamb (over charcoal, of course!) medium rare, along with some veggies (zucchini, red peppers and onions coated with olive oil in a special grill basket). Served up with a grand reserve pinot noir. Yummmmmmmy! :dinner: :lick:

We don't have lamb very often, but I especially wanted to have it for that wine. These chops turned out VERY nice. I enjoyed them again tonight. :D (Sorry, Nate. But there's still about half of that picture left.)
