Made a pope's outfit and hat ( with a lot of help from mom and my sis) and a dummy of a small kid to strap to my crotch.

Im going as the current pope.

The hat came out awesome!

I switched between my Jason Vorhees costume and my Ghostbuster. Still waiting on pics of the Jason costume as I didn't get to see how it came out in person (had no mirror...)
