This is the only part im sure of

Step 1. Change my name to the most common name for the area in which I bought the ticket.
Step 2. Wait a minimum of 6 months
Step 3. Claim prize
Step 4. Wait a minimum of 6 months
Step 5. Change name back to origional, or just get new first anme and go back to origional last name.
