If you have a Microcenter nearby you might be able to. But generally Dell can undercut everyone's 'build it yoursef' cost once you factor in the Windows license & the on-site support.

I still have a free copy of 32/64 bit Windows Ultimate from one of the launch party things so OS isn't an issue.

They actually did build a Microcenter last year but I've yet to visit. Even a B&M like Microcenter would undercut prices from say NewEgg or even a prebuilt Dell?
