If you've got an American Express card, you can sign up for their free account at http://www.amexol.com/. Uses a very small (almost unnoticable) movable logo/ad banner. Plus, you can turn off the banner while still being connected by using the ctrl+alt+del to close the "Gluon" program that runs the banner. My speed isn't great where I'm at (max 33.3K), but others have reported up to 56K speed on it.


If you don't have an AMEX card, you can sign up for one of their free cards at http://www.americanexpress.com.
