I've gotten Phil's voice mail each time I've called today, since 8am eastern - now. Are there actual folks that work there, or should I not be pressing "2" for sales?

They are in California! They seem to be around 10am to 4pm PST. Good luck, I hope it's not a rush order (see my post earlier)

While it is correct we are a California based company and do have PST hours we are currently developing our e-commerce site to better serve our non-west coast and international clients. The site will be launching within the next couple of months. As far as rush orders, with the exception of special order items we ship same day for all FedEx orders received before 11am PST. If you have any further questiosn please feel free to email us directly.

BTW, sorry bout the first post there. DIdn't know y'all were in CA. I ordered my package and I'm giddy with anticipation. I was glad to find the ram and mb together like that, otherwise I would've put off buying it even longer.

It stays with you forever. You have screwed yourself by giving bad service to a few people that have ordered from you. My prediction is that your going down in flames, you will probably not make it.:(

Quite frankly Paladin your composure is patheitc. How many resellers do you know that care enough to post in forums of affiliates. Also you need to voice your beef with CD instead of just bashing a company without grounds. Post like the ones you have made are the reason internet journalism is in jeopardy. Anyone can post false-truths etc about another without having any proof to back up their claims.

"Even though the item was "instock" it took 2 weeks for delivery the first time. The item was broken so I brought it back to their "office" personally. I waited another 2 weeks abd finally canceled the order" It looks like they were doing everything possible for this poor fellow too. They took two weeks to send in stock components. They forgot my fan, but sent it a week later after calling them. They gave me a keyboard without soft on/off keys which they said were on it. They put me on hold for longer than neccessary. I have had much better luck with other resellers. Well 2 weeks seems to be the magic number. Well the list goes on and on. How many more of these would you like me to post? How about next time you read what people have said about the company? And about me having false grounds? I don't think you went to the link I posted, otherwise I don't think you would have been so mean. Next time check out what you are backing up before you open you mouth. Also over at www.hardocp.com Alot of the vendors post their and try to help customs with their problems, From example Stiltner he is making an Aluminum case that he is going to sell, He got feed back on what the people wanted, and what they wanted to call it. He also was helping others on a group buy for some power supplies. Also Cole from www.Cole3d.com is a very active poster as well. I hope I have cleared up your mistake. Sorry If I was a bit harsh in helping you realize your mistake.:P

There is some dude who owns PCNut.com and always posts, offers good deals, and helps lots of people out over @ the hardocp forums (www.hardforum.com)

There were no mistakes made on my part Paladin. Once you understand that citing one sources information does not make for an accurate conclusion, you may be able to carry out a valid argument for whichever cause you see fit to push. Tell me Paladin, couldn't you be the one that post those negative reviews on resellerrating? While this is hopefully not the case my point is that there is little to no validation for such claims. There are no integrity checks for "resources" such as resellerratings.com. If you do not care for a company because of your personal experience then so be it. However we do not tolerate the open bashing of any company without hard proof. The fact that we have a relationship with CD only goes to furhter our confidence in them as a solid company. Wait my bad , what am I doing? I should have listened to sbp instead of getting into an argument with you. or better yet I should have just yanked your post as it is a disservice to all parties involved.

What ever you say. My thinking was that I did'nt want all of these GOtapexer's to be dissapointed when it took 2 weeks to get their stuff. And I have never ordered from them I was just going by what relsellerratings said. So I am sorry If someone post 70 times how much they disliked CD.:P

No worries Paladin, we appreciate your looking out for fellow G|A?er's but we got that covered. Readers from Got|Apex? receive the red carpet treatment from CD and we have a personal CSR that handles our readers should a problem arise. Now chill-out and go enter the Contest and try and win their 1GHz rig they are giving away in our contest.
