No speed requirement? I came here looking for one also, and about the same price requirement. I just picked up a Thinkpad 365XD, P133, 40MB RAM, 4GB HD, 6x internal CD, 11.3", AC adapter, battery, manuals for $320. It was on a Yahoo auction (http://page.auctions.yahoo.com/auction/49262567). There are 4 more available. That was about $150 cheaper than a Pricewatch search. Nice thing about yahoo auctions is that they are not as heavily used as eBay where the prices get way too high. I could probably sell this unit for $75 more on eBay.
