Given that I started seeing the limitations of my Samsung Galaxy S phone recently (not enough RAM), I decided it was time for an upgrade. Here's what I upgraded to:

It's the Samsung Galaxy S II. 1.2GHz dual-core, 1GB of RAM, 4.3" Super AMOLED+ display (bye bye pentile display!). About the only thing missing was a kickstand like some of the HTC phones have, but I rectified that with a semi-rugged case:

So far I'm loving this phone. The dual-core CPU really makes this phone responsive, and I like seeing more memory available than the total amount of RAM in my old phone.
