A bit ago I saw a deal on a Sylvania SYNET7LP 7" tablet running Android 2.2 for $70 so I decided to pick oone up. I'm still exploring how to use it, especially how to get Android Market to work. I think I'm going to enjoy it, especially because I don't have a smart phone. It will come handy when I travel.

Lenovo announced they will be making a 7" tablet for $200ish.

And there's also a new smartphone due out (i think by samsung) which will be a 5.3" screen.
