Dumb Pop Up Windows

You guys know the ones, in explorer... Where they make a window thats ALMOST full screen, and then from now on all the windows you open in a new window on purpose, are HUDGE.

Anyone know how to set it so the windows you open are small agian?

resize it with your mouse to the size you want, and it should remember the position after that
