Can anyone please suggest a configuration?

Okay - I suck at these things, and would love some help to build a new system.

My needs:

I want to edit home Digital Videos
I want to surf the internet
I want to have the option to play a good game now and then.

I figure I would need:

Thunderbird 1 Ghz chip
ASUS A7V133 Socket-A KT133A ATX

The rest I don't know. I want a cost effective system.
