Hi, Was looking for some help in regards to modem problem. I'm connected to a LAN where I can get internet access. However, I do have a modem on my pc. When I first click on to a music video, I noticed that my modem "clicks" as though it's searching for a dial tone. After 10 seconds, the stream finally connects and then the video plays. This never happened until after I just replaced the hard drive and reinstalled win98. Is there a place where I can direct the priority of the connection? Please help. Thanks alot.
