I have a 1 gig t-bird on the asus a7v board and was wondering if and how i can overclock it?

Yes you can overclock it hmong_hang. First unlock the multipliers on the t-bird.

Then go into the bios and experiment by changing the front side bus and multiplier settings. With a good cooler like Globalwin's FOP38 or Alpha's PEP66t you may get 1.2Ghz out of the t-bird. http://www.coolerguys.com/CPUCOOL/Duron.htm
