I'm a rookie cook with this thing, and I'm glad I didn't cook it to 160 like the thermometer suggests, as that's apparently "well-done."

I ended up getting it between medium and medium-well and it was absolutely amazing.

I paired it with a glass of 14 Hands "Hot to Trot" red blend and I felt like I got $100 meal for about $25 (and I have a TON of leftovers.)
