I've been hearing a lot of complaints lately about CyberRebate. My personal experience hasn't been a good one since I had to wait 6 whole months for the rebate checks to come in and I had to contact them about it. Here's an article on news.com:
Needless to say I don't ever plan on ordering from them.

I've ordered over $10,000 worth of stuff from them. I have received every rebate within the time promised.
Once I made some errors on the rebate forms, they contacted me and allowed me to re-submit the forms.
I've enjoyed ordering from them and will continue to do so.
Of course I go through ******.com and get back an additional 5%.

As most here know, I am a huge advocate of cyberrebate. I have shopped at cyberrebate for years now and they have not once not sent me a check I was due. If they have not marked a rebate form as "received" but most/all other forms for that same order were received then I either call or e-mail them and it has always been fixed.
Concerning the article;
It states that a barbie toy that is sold elsewhere for around $40 or $50 is over $300 at cyberrebate. -So what? -You never get that $40 or $50 back from the other sites; you bought the item and that was that. At least at cyberrebate you DO get it FREE (plus $15 if you use ****** or dash).
I will continue to honor them with my business.
