Arg the frustration with this place! I placed an order yesterday, with a delivery date of today. I searched and searched around the site trying to figure out how it would be delivered. I finally found a page, something about a nationwide network of 1500 florists, so I assumed that it will be a conventional florist delivery. Place the order, get my confirmation email, the product will be delivered to <my wife> no later than 2/23/01. I'm happy...
Well its getting kind of late in the day, so I call them and they say, "oh no our computer system has you down for the 27th. We can cancel this and get a local florist to do something for you, but can't guarantee delivery today still. Or we can leave delivery set to Tuesday (by Fed-Ex none the less), or cancel all together."
I said well its kind of pointless if I wanted it delivered today, now isn't it?? So just cancel the order, by the way, I'm sure the refund will make my wife feel real special.
So if you are relying on flowers for an anniversary or something of that sort, I'd say look elsewhere if you actually want the person to get them on time!
