I know this might not belong here but I know I saw someone else who had a problem with UrbanQ and was wondering if they could help me out. My rebate has been processed and according to the site it has been sent out. I recently moved and changed my address in the database but I think it may have been sent to my other address. I have mail forwarding but the post office said that UrbanQ might have the envelopes stamped "do not forward". I called the number that network solutions gives you but the guy who answered said that it wasn't UrbanQ. I e-mailed the company a few times but nothing came back. I know the last person who had a problem resolved all the issues and the amount here is over 100.00 so it is worth getting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The guy you are talking about is me. I did get most of my problems solved EXCEPT when I converted about $300 into store credit (not realizing that after I spent the store credit they would not post rebate forms for this money).

*NEVER EVER CONVERT YOUR REBATE CHECKS INTO STORE CREDIT!!*

E-mail me with your address and I will give you the telephone number (its not an 800 number and they are in N.Y.). I am at work and don't have the number here.
