What are the reason(s) why I should get a 400W Power Supply (from Antec) rather than 300W?

Then you might need the extra "ummph" that a 400W power supply can give. This will solve alot of those "mysterious" system crashes that seem to pop up when the power levels get a little taxed.
Personally, mine is an Enermax 451
10 fans, huh? Does it float? Heh, j/k. Thanx for the info. Where can I look into the Enermax power supplies?

honestly man i don't think you need more than 300 i got a 1.2 gf2 pro dvd cdrw 52xcdrom. 2case fans and a fop38. No problems with power at all(running a 300w). Overkill is a little bit on some people's minds.
