Full Tower Case for $47???

I could have sworn I say a link to this case here. I can't find anything again to link me back to its review. Seems like I lost my mind my bookmarks and everything. If anyone has a link to a full tower that cost $47 PLEASE let me know. The site that reviewed it talked about modding it a little as well is that helps. The case had 3 spots under the power supply for fans removable side panels and motherboard panel. I'm kicking myself for losing the link. Thanks in advance.

This sucks, i want a full tower but i already spent hours putting mod's in my existing case : /
