I ordered the Voodoo5500 for $137 on Sunday, the 25th.

As of today, Thursday, the 1st, it still hasn't shipped.

Wouldn't be that big a deal, but I ordered on Sunday with 2 day shipping so I'd have it before I moved this weekend, and still leave me a couple of days to spare.

Well, since it hasn't shipped YET, I'm doubting it's going to be here by this weekend. It'll get here after I'm gone.

Bleh.

So I contacted ComputerGeeks, and they can't cancel my order, because it's already been "sent for fulfillment".
And, they can't garuntee when it will ship, (despite the fact that they've already charged my card), just that it should ship today. Which is what they said Tuesday, Wednesday, and again today, Thursday.

Double-bleh.

Maybe it's time for them to add a second person to their shipping department. A day or two until shipping is no big deal, but this is getting a little frutstrating.

Your credit card company will be on your side. You can tell computer geeks that you are canceling the order because it is late. If it arrives later, return it. If they charge you a restocking fee call you credit card company for a refund. If possible, write computer geeks an email to confirm that you are canceling the order so you will have something in writting to send to the credit card company.
