I just built my t-bird system. Abit KT7a-RAID, 1.2Ghz T-bird, 2x 45GB IBMs in RAID 0, 20GB Maxtor as slave to Kenwood 72X on IDE1.

I installed win2k, but it shows C: drive as my 20GB Maxtor and my 90GB RAID drive as D:. The RAID drive IS the boot drive (win2k boot files on it and all), but it won't show it as C:

Anybody know how to make my RAID drive the C: and my Maxtor the D:?

Well from what I have experience you should of left the 20 gig unplug from the IDE cable. I don'think there is a way around this. Usually I would load up the whole OS over again just to get it right.

Still a b!tch to open up your computer every time just to unplug a hardrive.......wish it was easier. SCSI system are a problem too must have all your IDE hardrive unplug too.
