might as well post it in here.
I've been listening to Nelly's CD for about 9 months now and I must say I did not expect the video for Ride Wit Me to look like that. It wasn't a bad video but it wasn't at all what i pictured in my head.
I've come to the conclusion that Music Video's suck. The main reason why people like most songs is because they have some situation associated with them. No matter how much a song sucks if you were doing something significant the moment you heard it you will always associate the song with that moment. Assuming you heard the song before the video came out, all the video can do is erase that original association. Hope this makes sense.

DDAAAAMN, just saw Britney's new video. At this rate she'll be completely naked in her next video. The song sucks but damn she's HOT. In her case, I'M ALL FOR VIDEOS :D

not if it is a single video. That is something I don't know.
With you correction, one of your sentences would be this:
"I've come to the conclusion that Music Video is suck."
Use "music Videos". :king:

That makes perfect sense to me. Music video is not good, it is SUCK. Just seems to me like he's saying that it epitomises(spl) the essense of the word "suck".
You know, like Nsync is Gay?

:heh: good one.
Damnit, everytime i start a thread it goes way off topic (guess i have that effect on people :naughty: ). Now guys, you know the rules damn well, if your going to go off topic, talk about sex!! (preferably straight sex :))

"is suck" is not correct.
To use YOUR example, let's try "to be":
N'SYNC has to be suck.
N'STNC has to be Gay.
Now "is"...
N'SYNC is suck.
N'SYNC is Gay.
In both of these examples the sentence with "suck" in it does not sound correct, nor should it as it is not correct English grammer.
The correct for both would be:
N'SYNC has to suck. (leave out the "be")
N'SYNC sucks (leave out the "is" and add the "s")
Suck is a verb. It shows action. Therefore, you can't "be" suck because suck is something you do.
N'SYNC sucks at what they do.
N'SYNC sucks ........ Well, you get the point.
hapoo would like to "do" Britney Spears. (Well, I don't know if this is really true, but hapoo wanted there to be something about "straight sex" instead of all of this gay talk.)
