You can get the Canon BJC-2100 Color Bubble Jet Printer from Overstock.com for $55.95 with free shipping and get a $30 rebate from Canon.

Printer: http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?PAGE=PROFRAME&PROD_ID=3865&fp=T

Rebate: http://consumer.usa.canon.com/specials/bjc2100/rules.html

Doesn't look like a great printer, but thought some of you might like an under $30 printer.

I'm almost positive this isn't firewire, why would it be??
But it is a <b>factory reconditioned</b> printer. But this is still a great deal IMHO. Don't forget to add a $10 off $50 coupon for new customers to make this deal even better.

It's $55.95 shipped, minus $30.00 rebate.. Not being picky, Still a good deal. And isn't IEEE just a type of printer cable????

Anyone have an address for Overstock for the rebate form?

Just wanted to point out that this printer seems to be factory refurbished, not new. And also that according to the Canon fine print, the $30 rebate is only on new printers. Hopefully they will accept the rebate. Plus for new customers $10 off, but must use before 3/9/01 according to the coupon. $15.95 is cheaper than a lot of ink cartridges out there. I bought this printer(refurbished) awhile back. It is decent qualtity for a low end printer.

Does this printer come with its inks? I've seen some refurbs that didn't include inks.

The rebate coupon specifies that the printer must be new. Do you think Canon would honor the rebate on a refurb?

Got this printer a few months ago from Amazon for $12 after rebate (got the check last week). Cheaper than buying new ink carts.

I stupidly dove right into this deal and bought this printer, with the coupon it came out to $45 total.

Then I found out that this printer is refurbished, ok
I can live with that I guess.

But if we can't use the $30 rebate, then this deal is no good. I don't want to risk dealing with Canon about the rebate. I'm cancelling my order.

I guess the moral of the story is to look before you leap..
