Software TV Descrambler???

I've got an ATI TV tunner and was wondering if there are any Software based tv descrambler programs out there...

I have tried a couple of them. None of them have worked much. One called TVeX seemed to be able to descramble the audio portion but the video remained blank. Sorry.
