PayPal Personal Acct $100 Limit

Man, this blows... anyone know that PayPal once again changed their policy to reflect a $100 limit credit card limit?

When did this happen?!?!? This really blows!

when was this, i think my limit is still at 1000( im never gonna use that much, hopefully )

Mine says:

Your Credit Card Sending Limit: $2,000.00

You have to be verified and have a premier account to get a higher limit. Free personal accounts are now limited to $100, I think.
