I bought the $9.95 Power Shaver from shippingonly.com, it took close to 4 weeks to arrive. (Which is normal according to CS). Anyway, the problem is I opened the package and the box was empty. No Power Shaver. So I suggest other customers think twice before purchasing. The reason is because they charge your credit card before you even receive the product.

Of course. They've sent a new one, ( I guess this happens often cause CS did not question me in anyway), but it's gonna take another 3 1/2 weeks! But my point is that they charge you before you receive the product.

Most places charge your card when the item ships, and some when the order is placed. I don't see why you're raising such a big fuss about them charging you before receiving the item.

Jauhiainen is right, most, if not all .com vendors charge your credit/debit card once the item has shipped, not when you receive it...

I just spoke with the manager. More people are hired. They now ship same day or next day at very latest for all in stock items. :)

I had the same problem about waiting 4 weeks for the shaver. I have an AT&T mastercard. They are very nice and professional about disputing claims about products that were never received but were charged. Normally, they can dispute upto 90 days after the charge was originally made. Contact your credit card company for details. And for heaven's sake don't use an unprotected debit card for online purchases.
