Yes I did, After I did final confirmation it gave me a pop-up window with my final cost which was -$1.28 or something like that. I put in $40 as my gift amount. I havent gotte na shipping confirmation and I didnt give them my credit card so worse coems to worse, they cncel my order.

Spiegel.com's outlet has some really good stuff at good prices but they need a CC# so I called their customer service and place the order for $25.00. Eventhough I told them that my GC was worth 25.00, and my total came to $25.14, they ovelooked the 14 cents. GREAT DEAL. Thanks.

This particular code was NOT "hacked". Speigel sent out hundreds of thousands of post cards via snail mail with this code on it to promote Eddie Bauer to Speigel catalog customers, they are both owned by the same corporate conglamorate.
