crazy bios

sorry for the double post, i thought this might get more replies in here or something.

my computers kinda screwed up
when it first boots up the screen is like flashing about once a second, if i go into the bios its the same thing.

it doesnt do it in dos or windows or anything else its just the bios.

i guess its not that big of a deal but its kinda annoying, anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

i figured it out, it had something to do with the tv out on my radeon being turned on (it does that by default if you leave an rca cable in it).
