Dunno how well it works, I'm still downloading..
Anyway, got the link from http://www.nextwish.org. Here it is:

The download oughta start automagically.

ok, finished download and did the magic asked inside. it's a bigass download because it also includes an install of the latest beta version. there are instructions inside - requires a teensie bit of registry editing, removing a few .dll's and editing an .xml file. piece o' cake though, and those blasted ads are gone!
