hmmm, i've still got $50 worth of MP3s waiting to be downloaded from them... from when i got in on the nomad II deal :D

I also "got in on" the Nomad deal - bought $50 worth of downloads, and never got my MP3 player, despite a "congratulations, you're in!" email from emusic and my follow up attempts to make them honor their promise.

So I'm a little bitter.:mad3:

However, their music selection seems to have improved a bit since then (not a big challenge - a lot of their "techno" tracks sound like they were tapped out on a PC keyboard), so I'll take the freebie as a consolation prize. Just be careful about giving them real money.

I got in on the Nomad deal as well...

Got the nomad and the $50 worth of music...

now just did the 15 free...

and the I did the first free month/100 song promo and already canceld it after d/l all 100 songs...

I have not had any probles with them...

My brother even tryed to get in to the nomad deal he placed his order noments after I did and didn't get the "congrats" e-mail, So I e-mail them and told them that he only bought the music for the nomad promo, they said as long as you don't d/l we will credit back your cc and take the music outta your account...

they did that no problem what so ever....
