I got my sample like 4 weeks after I first signed up.

If I remember correctly, I got a small pouch of Mentadent Age-Defying Paste, 2 pouches of Ginseng and Papaya, and a pouch of paste for canker sore relief.

Also, it came with like 10 coupons for a buck off mentadent products.
