Most likely to be XL. That's the size what the free shirt used to be.

yeah, that's typically the case. Which sucks case i'm normally a medium to large t-shirt kinda guy!

At present the survey asks for where you heard about it and your code.

I suspect "Got|Apex" is not a valid answer.

Yeah, I think they changed the page a little while ago. I didn't have to enter in a mailing code or how I heard about it. And ziggy, you don't have to call, it's just an alternative way of doing the survry if you can't complete it online.
