I have a mobo that supports UDMA/100. I have 2 hard drives, one being ATA/66 and another is ATA/100. Can I put both of them in? Will I be able to run one at 66 and another at 100, or will the ATA/100 be limited to 66 because of the other drive?

I think they will both be limited to 66, but there really isn't that much of a difference between the two. 99.9% of the time you won't tell the difference. Hard drives can't transfer fast enough to take advantage of the speed.

I have an ATA66 but my mobo wont even recognize that, so it will go as fast as UDMA setting

Are you calling me? What do you want? :D
