Basically, Fed Ex had a stranger sign for my box! My info was correct. I mean if they didn't want to leave it in my patio for safety reasons, why the hell didn't they check out this person that signed for it? I have a tracer put on the package and have printed a copy of the Delivary Manifest with the persons signature... Now what? Anyone been through this? If so, let me know what happened and what my rights are?
Where was the 'stranger'? In the past, I had packages delivered by Fedex, and they've been fairly militant about who signs. UPS is usually the one that lets the dog sign.

I called Fed Ex and they told me that they didn't have the address, but will send out someone to find my box! It was sent Fed Ex Ground...

I ordered a potty seat for my son from Amazon.com awhile back. I kep an eye on it through tracking and it finally said signed & delivered. Well it wasn't me!! So I called Amazon and they told me the address they had shippped it to and it was to my old address! So I said well that is wrong, I didn't get it, and the lady said they would send a new one to my new address. I got it 3 days later. :)
Also, I went over to my old apartment and they kept saying the older sister had signed for it and she wasn't home. I tried for days. Jerks. Didn't even have anyone potty training at that point! lol

Hey see if they have a dog. I am trying to train my dog to use one....sick and tired of having to leave my computer chair to let him out every 8 hours. That is BS....he can hold it for at least 16 hours and use it when I get up my once a day (twice tops).

Fedex actually sent someone late one night to knock on doors until they found out which apartment they accidentally gave my package to. Now I have my own place and they just leave it on the stoop to get wet and stolen

I can't believe how some people are so evil! I mean a potty seat? I'm thinking if this person that has my box says that they NEVER signed for it... I will see if FED EX will give me their info, and then I will take them to small claims for theft! errrrrrrrrr some people!!!!

You wanna know what's not even funny? I had a $2000 camera shipped to me via UPS Blue 2-Day and it had a sticker RIGHT ON THE BOX that said "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED", so what happened? The left it on my F?!?!?! doorstep! At the time I lived in a huge apartment complex and the box was easily seen by anyone passing by.
The next week they left my new DVD player on the doorstep in a box that said 800.com ELECTRONICS RIGHT ON IT!
I strongly considered reporting both of the boxes as never received, just to teach them a lesson.
