Well one of his lifelong dreams was, to eat the largest hoagie in the world and he accomplished that and has a picture of that on his night stand

He did regrow his hair in the Kamp Krusty episode. He regrew it because the stress that is in all its glory is Bart, wenta away, he also had a transplant from snake.
