A few comments:

- The person was obviously illegaly parked. They leave those areas clear just for the purpose of running hoses. Shouldn't have parked there in the 1st place...

- Those hoses are very unflexable when filled, and tend to straighten out. They're also extremely heavy and could potentially collapse the roof (or at least dent it)...

- Cutting the hose is a BAD idea! The pressure though the 1st cut you make could shoot the knife right out of the hole into you...

i was talking to a fireman freind
he said that is very easy to go around the car
they just like to teach ppl lessons for beign a dumb ass and parking next to the hydrant
