Dear Friends,
Many of you are probably wondering: "What's going on with SwiftboardTM ?" We wanted to touch base with all of you to clear things up. First of all, the SwiftboardTM offer was, essentially, market testing. In July, we launched our promotion and were met with an astounding number of requests, which grew steadily with word of mouth. We began shipping the first units straight away and we heard lots of positive things from the recipients, some great criticism and suggestions, too.
Although we received many more requests for SwiftboardTM than we appropriated for the promotion, we want to thank all of you for participating in our market research and product development phase, and for all of your candid thoughts; your help has been invaluable. All of what we have learned is being used to develop better, more practical products. We have some terrific things coming, which we are anxious to bring to market very soon. In the mean time, we are making improvements in our FREE Virtual SwiftboardTM software, which makes your F-keys link to the Internet, like the Swiftboard's blue SwiftKeys. We'll be adding new key designs and functionality to make it a convenient and convenient tool.
