hmmm now that I think of it...an old Nintendo would work great for a small linux firewall. You could fit a small powersupply (60 watt), hard drive, and floppy drive, by attaching it to the top(inside) of the case. as for access to the floppy, just pit it near the cartridge lid!
Ethernet cards are short enough that you dont have to worry about height
