I am a packrat and the same goes for my food.
On Thursday night, I decided to enjoy a vacuum sealed bag of food from India. It said "enjoy before Sept. 1999"
Silly TLG figured "Well, I'm hungry. Who cares about enjoyment? Besides, it is vacuum sealed."
Mr. Stomach did not agree
Sucks to be me.

Any suggestions on a remedy to make me feel better?
So far, it seems to be coming out both ends :puke: (as if you really needed that info :heh:)
:smash: spoiled food :smash:
A friend asked "so, did you learn your lesson? will you stop eating old food?" I was honest and said "no, I probably will do it again"

Well, tea has always worked well for me. Soothes the ache, and also drinking lots of fluids help with cleaning your system and purging out the impurities.
If it gets worse... go see a doctor... =P
hope you feel better soon...
