heatsink and fan reccomendations

anyone got any reccomendations for slot1 p3 heatsink? i want something for overclocking a p3 800 to about 1ghz. i want something effective, but i dont want something too loud. i already got 4 fans running in one computer and one running in a laser printer so i dont need any more noise.
i also need a few good quiet case fans. i appreciate any suggestions. thanks

U can get an alpha and get it with out fans and then get some sunon ones that push around 22 cfm and are very quiet. or U could get a vantec heatsink they are generally quiet and not al lthat expensive while still cooling good. Sorta off topic, but I'm shopping for video card sinks and fans. I've checked out 2cooltek but I'd like to comparison shop, are there any sites you guys would recommend? sbp, lpmiller, anyone really, I'd appreciate it.
