How To Make A Boot Disk

i kno...stupid question but i need a boot disk and i dont kno how to make one. can someone please guide me on how to make a boot disk. i want to reinstall windows(im having alot of problems eg. win not starting up) anyways i want to be able to format the c: well thnkz in advance.

in the control panel click add/remove programs and then click the startup disk tab, then click create disk...that simple
