i didn't know that the marshalls tell you to bend over and spread your cheeks. i know the sheriff's deputies do over at county. i thought that marshalls do things like make arrests over county lines, make federal arrests, deliver prisoners, and serve divorce papers.

This type of behavior isn't new to INeedAVacation. Maggie had to ban his a$$ from dealhunting because he wouldn't stop posting ******, dash and other referral links in his signature even after being asked to stop. Then he came over here to post that now deleted thread bashing Maggie because he was mad. He's also had a couple different sigs up bashing her.

I seem to have a following. Almost everything sbp said was correct. I still believe all the quotes sbp posted of mine are fair assesments of TheLoneGunman. Take another look at his quotes which I was responding to (noted in my above post). If you think what I said was unwarranted, then I guess we have a difference of opinion.

As for the issue with Maggie, that is almost 100% correct too except:

-The reason for my distain for Maggie stems from the fact that she is a hypocrite; She continually posted her at gotapex a link to her site which is basically consists of a whole lot of links to shopping sites (which, if you click to from the links on her site pay her residuals from your purchase). Seems to me that's pretty much what a refferal link is so when I posted deals on her site with referal links in my signature she didn't like it much and she said referal links were not allowed in the "deals" forum. I shrugged it off and said, whatever. What was the clencher was when she posted a "deal" in that same "deal forum" but all the deal was, was a referal scheme which made her money off everyone who signed up. I posted my opinion of this and how it was extremely hypocritical and was subsiquently banned from her site along with at least one other person. Now, I understand that it is her site and she can do whatever she wants with it but I don't have to agree with her choices and when someone displays a complete lack of (what I believe to be) fair I usually say something about it. That is just my experience and my thoughts anyone elses can surely differ.

As for the last quote sbp refered everyone to, the one to mojo, I would urge anyone who cares to check the thread out and see if they get the joke. I realize that not everyone has the exact same sense of humor but I thought that comment would be pretty universally funny. Then again, it is 2:37 am.....

Okay, first of all, Maggie got SPECIFIC permission from Apex to have her signature in his forums with her deals site on them.

Second, what goes on in HER site, in HER forums, are HER rules. Did you not realize that Apex, Leon, & I are always going through the Deals forum and changing other people's links to our affiliate link? Not mine specifically... But GotApex's affiliate links. That's because it is Apex's (& Leon's, etc) site. He has EVERY right to do that, same as Maggie has every right to post her links in the deals forum on her site. There's a major difference in Maggie posting a referral in her deals forum and YOU posting a referral in her deals forum. Betcha you know what it is: Yep! It's HER site!

You may not think that is totally fair. Fine. Go start your own deals site where you can do that on your own site! But to whine and bitch and be a complete ass about it, besides which of being a baby in your signature for months, is just immature. Be warned now, by a member of the GotApex staff: Keep it up, you'll be banned from here, too. We are all getting a little tired of your whining about this stuff and we won't take much more bashing like this on people.

Perhaps, you missed that when you read it earlier.
Although, it is her site and she can do with it what she wants, it IS hypocritical (by definition) for her to do exactly what you stated, to post referal links where she tells others not to post referal links.

If you are that same person I am suprised that you would react this way to what I think was an honest answer to an issue brought up by someone else.

And if everyone finds my signature here so objectionable why doesn't anyone either remove the signature or ask me to do it? Although I don't see it as "bashing" but more of a public declaration that I have a disagreance with "The Huntress" (and people are free to ask what it is) as you said, this is Gabriels and Leons board so they CAN do with it what they wish. If they chose to remove me from posting they can absolutely do that although I'd rather they not because for the most part this is an enjoyable board.

I am sorry that people may take what I say at time to be "bashing" but it is not how it is intended. I just try to be honest with what I say and like I said in previous posts, I try to give people a chance but when I see them intentionally belittling others in numerous posts...well, as I said I just be honest.

And yes, I agree that you are entitled to your own opinion, but what I was saying is that it isn't hypocritcal of Maggie to post her referral links in there and not allow others, simply because it is her site and it is stated in the rules for posting. She doesn't say you can't post them anywhere, you just have to post them in the correct place. The correct place for her referral links is anywhere she wants it to be, because it is her site.

Does that make sense?

When I said that about bashing; bashing may have been the wrong word. I meant that you are just upset with her and her rules and it's your opinion that she was a hypocrit, but does that really give you the right to go around being a bastard about it and saying rude things about her & her site? i don't know about anyone else here....but i think that it is not wise to argue with the powers that be (jenny, leon, etc) about rules and regulationson their site. if something is valid and really needs to be said, maybe it should be said directly and off-line (like in email or something).

mojo, good point but it is also my opinion that people would be able to take into account that there are views which others have that are not exactly the same as their own. I am pretty sure that gotapex staff are open minded enough to see this and will not harbor negative feelings toward people who are not their twin (people who are exactly like them with the same points of view). If they do this won't be a very interesting board.
