Well, I just got my pass in the mail. We got to get a G|A meet or something there....maybe a T-shirt from Apex so we can walk around advertising it.

the deadline's passed for the free passes (4/7) I believe.
Remember those girls between the halls, who gave you a shirt, only if you took off your old shirt and put it on. that was smart thinking.

Actually, the deadline was extended from April 7th until April 13th. I got my applications (yes, that should be plural) in in time, but still haven't received my confirmations, even when I call to ask about status. The expo this year is from May 17-19, and will take place at the LA convention center, as always. I'm looking forward to the new Warcraft 3 demo and, of course, the Unreal 2 demo (YEAH!), even though it won't be on as large a scale as for most other games. Apex, let's try meeting up again for one of the convention days...if you're still inclined, and of course, I'd love one of the T-shirts. Leon, I also want to see what's up with you and your snowboarding this year. Well, I'll talk to you guys later.

been busy? that's understating it... but I'm trying to work this page back into my schedule, but not as much as before. My schedule is what we affectionately refer to as "murder" (27 hours of class, plus 20 hours of work per week, along with a dozen or so hours of research for my fave Professor, and about 20 hours of homework and of course...I can't edge out my socializing or dating time!). But it's good to be back.

It doesn't exist yet, but unless the Interactive Digital Software Association goes out of business...it will soon enough. I'm definitely bringing a camera this year. That was one of my big regrets from last year. I'm down for heading there with you.

the olsen twins were at the E3 thing one year! did anyone see them? dont ask how i know this..

I got a personalized photo of Mick Foley, free beer from Nintendo, lots of pictures with the Blitz cheerleaders, watched a wrestling match with Nova and Chris Chetti, got lots and lots of t shirts and pens. quite an experience
i hate the olsen twins. i'm just saying that it makes no sense why they'd be there.

i saw them, but i don't understand why they were there either. especially considering how the E-3 website specifically states that no persons under the age of 18, whether they are press, industry, or exhibitor...

oh, the Olsen twins were prolly at e3 coz they were prolly promoting their video games. Yes! the Olsen twins have their own video games, along w/ numerous "made for disney tv" shows/movies. I remember seeing their game was for playstation and gameboy at a local Blockbuster... of course, it was readily availabe for rent. I of course did not rent it, if thats what ur about to ask.
OK, so what's the actual deal for getting in. My pass says "VALID CREDENTIALS NECESSARY."
What are valid credentials? Or, more importantly, can I get in with no credentials. I have passes, that's not the problem. I didn't sign anything to get them. Just need to know, what does it take to get in with them?
I may see you guy/gals all three days. Don't know how I'll recognize people but I'm sure if you're wearing a GA T-Shirt I'll know you.
