I got it like 2 days after i filled it out! Talk about fast! And not only that, the quality of both items was Excellent! Definitely worth the bump!

registering with the site gets you the pen..then the survey gets you the keychain..did you do both? i dunno, maybe the survey just doesnt work...oh well as long as my pen comes..heheh
